How will my order be delivered to me?
Your order will be delivered to your doorstep via courier service. If it's cash on delivery, your courier will collect the money and deliver the package to you.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order is usually delivered to your doorstep within 1-7 business days.

How to check the status of an order?
Your order status will be updated to you via email. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order details. Again, after your order has been placed, we will send you an email with your tracking information. Please check your inbox for the status of your order.
Do you offer international shipping?
No. We do not currently offer international shipping services.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been shipped, we can cancel it. You can cancel your order using your online login information before it is completed.

Do you allow exchanges?
If you are not satisfied with anything in your order, you have the right to return the item to us for an exchange or refund. Therefore, order with confidence. Please read our redemption policy for details.

How do I use my voucher code or gift card?
Select the product you want to buy and add it to your cart. Paste the voucher code in the "Voucher" box and tap on the "OK" button to apply the voucher. Check the final order amount now!
